* We provide free-shipping service to customes within Europe.

* Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7-10 working days of your payment being received.

* We give International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number and need a signature. Orders can be tracked through the tracking number once the order is sent. Please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the international express delivery. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by the mistakes of shipping address made by you at filling out the shipping information.



RETURN

Unwanshed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

 

GUIDELINE

1. A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return.
4. All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Abercrombieuk.net is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

Note: 1.Our delivery fee and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund;
           2.Refund will only be made upon the receipt of the returned item(s)!
          3.Returns must be shipped prepaid!
        

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
